Upgrading 3-Phase Machinery Power and Warehouse Lighting for Maximum Reliability

For this project, EIS Electrical delivered a complete electrical upgrade for a local industrial unit in Luton. The client needed a stable, high capacity power network to run multiple commercial refrigeration units and heavy 3-phase machinery, alongside a full lighting upgrade to make the warehouse brighter and cheaper to run.

Our team designed and installed dedicated, heavy duty 3-phase Steel Wire Armoured (SWA) power lines capable of handling massive industrial workloads. To keep the workspace safe and organized, we routed all the cabling cleanly through high level overhead paths. Alongside the new power networks, we fitted high efficiency industrial high bay lighting across the entire facility, drastically brightening up the factory floor for daily operations.

Mapping Out the Factory Layout

We carried out a full scale assessment of the industrial unit's layout to plan the smartest, most direct paths for the long 3-phase machinery and refrigeration power lines.

Elevated Wall Mounted Cabling paths

To feed the heavy machinery lines safely across the building, our team ran heavy duty cabling paths high up along the structural brick walls. This keeps all high voltage wiring completely out of the way, ensuring zero floor obstruction or safety hazards for your staff.

3-Phase Machinery Power Connections

We installed rugged, heavily protected power lines directly into the factory’s local control boxes to safely power the 3-phase machinery and massive refrigeration compressors.
