Building Custom Backing Boards Outside

Before we can install complex electrical panels or security hubs, we need a flat, strong surface to screw everything onto. If the wall is uneven brick or concrete, we build our own custom wooden boards first.

Cutting the Wood

If you take a look at the image, you can see our team out in the fresh air right next to the company van. We are measuring and using a power saw to cut thick sheets of wood down to the exact size we need for an upcoming installation.

Warehouse Fits and Safety Upgrades

Next, we head onto factory and warehouse floors. These jobs require a lot of moving around, climbing to high ceilings, and keeping safety as our number one priority.

On the Factory Floor

You will see our team assembling control panels, using a lift platform to reach high warehouse beams, wiring up outdoor power connections, and testing bright red emergency stop switches to make sure factory workers stay completely safe.

Setting Up Smart Tech and Neat Wiring

Once the heavy building work is sorted, it is time for the clever bits. We install smart control pads and tidy up the massive bundles of internet and camera cables so your security systems work perfectly.

The High Tech Setup
