3-Phase Industrial Power, Structured Cat 6 Cabling, and Dedicated Server Room Setup

This project involved a complete electrical and networking overhaul for a UK leader in mobile, rapid deployment CCTV security systems. Because these high stakes security networks must stay online 24/7, the underlying power and data lines had to be installed with absolute precision and durability.

Our team delivered a full suite of services, starting with brand new 3-phase fuse boards and heavily protected Steel Wire Armoured (SWA) main power cables. Side by side with the power system, we wired a facility wide, high speed Connectix Cat 6 data network using fire safe, shielded cabling. To keep the project efficient and the workspace tidy, we used specialist high level scissor lifts and scaffolding towers to route all containment through the ceiling spaces, keeping the main logistics and assembly floors completely clear for the client's day to day operations.

Overhead Cable Paths and Armoured Power Lines

We installed a brand new, heavily protected armoured power cable, routing it cleanly across the warehouse through a newly fitted overhead metal tray system. This ensures massive amounts of power are transferred safely and securely from the main fuse board right to where they are needed.

3-Phase Fuse Board Installation

We positioned, wired, and fully tested a brand new 3-phase fuse board to safely manage and supply power to the factory's new operational zone.

Dedicated Power Sockets for Engineer Workstations

We ran individual power lines from the new fuse board directly to each engineer's desk, installing dedicated, heavy duty electrical sockets at every workstation to keep their equipment running reliably.

Safe 110V Testing Power Station

We installed a fixed, wall mounted step down transformer unit that drops standard 230V power down to 110V. This provides the exact, safe voltage required for the engineering team to test their portable mobile CCTV towers before they are sent out to site.
