In this high ceiling home lobby lounge, our team put in a mix of different lights: ultra modern long black spotlights on the ceiling, simple hidden downlights, and soft, low level lights to give the space a warm, cozy glow.

Matching the Building's Style

Working Safely on High Ceilings

Putting wires and lights into extra-high ceilings or grand entrances takes the right gear and extra safety care. Our team uses lightweight but super strong rolling scaffold towers. This lets us easily reach the high ceilings without scratching or damaging the expensive new floors and walls below.

Heavy Duty Ceiling Wiring & Support

Our guys worked up high to run the main power lines and install strong anchor hooks that can safely hold heavy, expensive light fixtures. They wrapped everything up by making sure all the high up wire connections were safely tucked away and cleanly finished.

Putting Together Big, Complex Chandeliers

Those fancy, modern branch and geometric chandeliers show up in pieces as huge, fragile kits. It takes a lot of patience to put them together on site, balance them perfectly, and make sure they hang completely straight.

Straightening the Branches & Lining Things Up

Using a mix of rolling scaffolding and steady A frame ladders, our guys carefully put up and adjusted the fancy gold branches of the light. Then, we shined up and leveled every single glass globe so the whole thing lines up perfectly with the main front desk right below it.

Putting the Finishes on the Parts

Our team worked step by step up on the scaffolding to connect the internal wiring blocks, set up the low voltage power boxes, and lock all the branches tightly into place.

Final Testing, Brightness Checks, & Handing Over the Keys

Once all the custom lights were safely hooked up and wired, we tested the whole system. We made sure the power was running evenly through all the circuits and checked that the dimmers worked smoothly from bright to soft.
