Checking the Large Canopy Structure & Workspace

The job started at a major outdoor industrial site featuring a huge, fabric covered metal shelter canopy. The space is used for heavy, dusty manual labor and mechanical processing, so all our electrical gear needed to be kept high up and completely clear of the busy floor area..

Mounting High Level LED Floodlights & Neat Cable Runs

To give the workers plenty of bright, clear visibility, we mounted high output, energy saving LED floodlights directly onto the roof's structural steel beams.

Wiring Weatherproof, Dust Sealed Junction Boxes

Because outdoor workspaces get hit with rain, wind, and plenty of airborne dust, standard electrical connections won't cut it. We installed thick, impact resistant, IP rated plastic junction boxes at every light connection point.

Three Phase Power Board & Switch Control Installation

To handle the heavy electrical loads of the site safely, we integrated the system directly into the main grid using heavy duty, steel wire armored (SWA) sub mains cables.

Heavy Duty Local Switch Controls

We installed rugged, surface mounted isolation switches right at an easy to-reach height so site staff can turn specific lighting zones on or off instantly whenever they need to.
