For these recent projects, EIS Electrical was brought in to install complex metal cable trays and heavily protected Steel Wire Armoured (SWA) cabling for a busy warehouse client and an active manufacturing factory.

To safely route the massive main power lines, our team mapped out overhead paths using high grade, rust resistant (galvanized) metal cable trays. Working smoothly around high ceilings and structural beams, we pulled the heavy duty armoured cables through the newly installed metal paths. This industrial strength setup guarantees long term physical protection for your power lines, ensuring everything meets safety laws and runs reliably under heavy factory workloads.

Safe High Level Scaffold and Ceiling Grid Work

To reach the hidden spaces above complex commercial grid ceilings, our team used mobile tower scaffolding to safely install secure, overhead metal support paths for the cables.

Long Run Metal Cable Trays Across the Building

We planned and built long, heavy duty galvanized metal trays running along the upper beams of the building. This lets us run massive amounts of power over long distances without cluttering your floor space or getting in the way of daily operations.

Navigating Factory Ventilation and Hidden Ceiling Spaces

Routing power networks through factory units means working around existing machinery and pipes. We carefully threaded our heavy armoured power lines alongside complex commercial ventilation ducting and climate control systems without disturbing them.

Integrated High Output Warehouse Lighting

Alongside the main power trays, we connected and fitted high efficiency commercial LED panels directly into the ceiling grid. This ensures your warehouse floor gets perfectly bright, shadow free lighting so your team can see clearly and work safely.
