What We Did: A Quick Look at the Job

Setting up a massive mixer takes a few important steps to make sure it runs smoothly and safely:

  • Bringing in the Big Power: We ran heavy duty cables from the factory's main power board straight to the machine. This gives the mixer a steady supply of strong electricity so the motor doesn't struggle or overheat when mixing thick cream.

  • Wiring the Main Control Panel: Every big mixer has a control station with lots of buttons, dials, and switches. We wired all of these up inside the panel so the factory workers can easily change the speeds and control the mixer without any issues 

  • Checking the Spin Direction: With 3-phase power, if you wire it backward, the motor will spin the wrong way! We always double check the wiring so the mixing blades turn exactly the way the maker intended.

  • Testing the Emergency Safety Stops: Safety is the most important part of any factory floor. We tested the big red emergency stop buttons on the panel to make sure that if anyone hits them, the machine cuts off instantly.
