Double Door Air Lock For A Clean Room
We have carried out a double door air-lock entry system to a clean room environment which would help them maintain clean air, room temperature as well as air pressure within the skin care production facility.
Entire structure has been created with Uni-Struts (slotted channels), ply boarded and then fitted with stainless steel
Two types of doors on both sides:
A.) High Speed roller shutter with stainless steel frame, bulkhead and a easy clean PVC panel
B.) Stainless steel sliding door with PVC clear panels
Lots of safety sensors in place to both sliding doors as well as high speed roller shutter to maximise user safety
We have carried out complete electrical installation including signaling cabling, safety sensor installation, main control and command center panel installation as well as inverter wiring for this airlock system.
Airlock is also fitted with a HEPA filtration system to maintain pressure during entry and exit
